Green, green, green and not any blue to spare...
Realizing that there are precious few green boating products out there and no real info about them, or reviews. Not sure if they work or just hype. Trying to put together a list of green products for others to comment on and the work is slow. I’ve found plenty of non-profits that say they are all about education, but not sure what they are educating on.
For me, the most valuable offering would be solutions. Use this green anti-fouling paint, it works brilliantly and no harsh chemicals to pollute our waters!! But no luck.
I find myself second guessing my mission. I’m not interested in selling products. I want to be a source of information so boaters can find answers, ask a question, find a link, read an article and learn of healthier ways of maintaining and living on a boat.
With so much green washing out there it’s challenging to wade through to find the gems. What makes a paint green? By sticking a green-colored label on it? Not interested in promoting products, just providing options, perhaps a dialogue?
Found a green search engine:

Found your forum and now your blog. I agree, hard to tell these days with everything spouting green. Keep it up, we can only do good...
